I've decided to log my runs here as well as on the Nokia Sports Tracker website, that way I can give extended commentary.
So today was a 10k run that missed the target by .4k, I must remember to measure the run before and not try to guess the routes length.
Anyway, good starting run, felt fine and I kept above the 10kph minimum pace I've set my self to begin with. There was a bit of rain half way round and I wasn't pushing myself a whole lot but the goals to begin with are to up the mileage and condition myself for running regularly (and of course lose the beer belly!).
Next run is tomorrow, another 10k planned along a different route.
Oh and as part of this I'll be looking at how 'getting fit by running' effects my weight which is admittedly about 12kg more than it should be at the moment. Starting weight - 102kg (I'm 1.93m BTW).
