Couple of things to take into perspective. 

1. The availability of deployed platforms heavily influences this. E.g., ARM based netbook platforms are decently accessible in 2010.

2. As the ARM hardware get powerful with time we will see more users/developers comfortable with using non-headless experiences (netbook or otherwise)

3. The current data is indeed influenced by the Linaro leveraging Ubuntu, developer audiences &amp; some of it&#039;s current focus.]]></description>
